Many Went To Treat People Through Doctors And Health Givers. 

Edward Heaton Invented And Patented A Ceral Food In 1860.

The Inventory Was Large, In 1877 The Company Was Given 

This Name A Trade Mark. 

The Company Claimed That It Was Not Subject To Taxation 

As A Medicine.

The Claims Were Large: About The Cures. 

It Did Work.  In August 1881, The Ruled For The Tax.
